• Key Responsibilities:

• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and incorporate them into product design and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering from a reputable institution.
• At least 20-25 years of experience in designing thermal equipment for heavy engineering/steel processing.
• Experience working in a multinational company is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Auto CAD Inventor for modeling and drawing creation, and Product Data Management Tools (like Vault).
• Strong leadership skills, including team management capability and experience leading teams of engineers and designers.
• Knowledge of mechanical and thermal calculations, thermal equipment design, and metallurgy (steel composition, heat treatment processes).
