We are looking for Validation Lead for Compliance Group Inc. High preference to short notice period.

Experience : 6 to 12 years

Location: Hyderabad (Remote)

1. Develop and implement validation strategies and processes to ensure the quality and reliability of products throughout the development lifecycle.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, quality assurance, etc. to define validation requirements and priorities.
3. Establish validation plans, protocols, and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO, MHRA) and industry best practices.
4. Oversee the execution of validation activities, including IQ/OQ/PQ, software validation, and process validation, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy. Review and approve test scripts based on objective evidence and ensure test adherence is followed as per testing standards.
5. Perform risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to address potential product risks related to validation along with key stakeholders like system owner and business owner.
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance validation processes, streamline workflows, and increase efficiency.
7. Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors as needed for validation testing services.
8. Ensure end to end documentation and traceability of validation activities, including Validation Plans, test plans, test protocols, test reports, validation reports, trace matrix, Change Management, Periodic reviews, Audit Readiness etc.
9. Provide regular updates and reports on validation activities to Quality Assurance (IT-QA), status to senior management and stakeholders and raise risks proactively.
10. Lead and manage a team of validation analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and development.
11. Ensure training compliance of self and project team members on all customer related training requirements.

There is an urgent resource need with PTC FlexPLM software implementation experience.

This is a Senior Developer/Team Lead level role .

Offshore (India) Position

The work schedule should overlap 9am-2pm US EST.

• 6+ Years of experience implementing FlexPLM for Retail, Footwear and Apparel customers
• Experience with all the following areas:
• Retail process maturity and the capability best practices
• Configuration, Customization, and Integrations in FlexPLM
• Data Migration in FlexPLM
• Upgrades in FlexPLM
• 4+ years of experience in REST API and microservice development experience is a plus
• Mentor and lead two-four junior developers.

We’re building Africa’s super-app, starting with food delivery. Fresh off a >$2M funding round led by Soma Capital with top Silicon Valley angels, we’re hiring a Founding Engineer to help architect the next phase of our development as we expand to new markets. This fully remote role provides you with massive upside and exposure to an exciting, fast-moving Silicon Valley startup while allowing you to continue to work IST hours.

What you’ll do

• Work directly with CTO and CEO to shape the direction of development
• Make fundamental decisions about our tech stack, codebase scope, microservice articulation, and system architecture
• Design scalable and robust backend systems (routing algorithms, location prediction, etc) to enable our user base to grow exponentially
• Work with a talented Silicon Valley team in a fast-paced environment to integrate and build technologies specific to African markets
• Partner directly with our on-the-ground operations staff to design, create and test user-friendly development decisions and workflows
• Work with CTO and CEO on recruitment to help grow our team from 3 to 6-8 engineers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE).
• 3+ years of software development (incl. senior-level scope/ownership)
• System architecture experience (services, data models, queues, caching, cloud)
• ≥1 year in Django
• Comfortable with AI-driven development
• Major plus: experience at food delivery / quick commerce (Zomato, Swiggy, Zepto, Blinkit, Dunzo, MagicPin, Rebel Foods)
• Significant plus: Experience with Kotlin or Kotlin Compose development
• Significant plus : Experience at any other startup, especially international startups.

• Responsible for preparation, reporting & finalization of financial statements

• Demonstrated ability to handle coordination with multiple internal / external teams.
• Should have worked alongside the Big 4 audit firms for closing books of accounts / statutory audits.
• Excellent working skills of MS – office (word, excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of ERP environment (specifically SAP, COUPA, DarwinBox), Experience of automation & transition of processes will be an added plus.
