3. Job Description/ Responsibilities:

SIDBI is looking for an outstanding development professional, to join the team as Theme Leader-Gender and Financial Literacy under Swavalamban Resource Facility, Programs for Development and Impact Vertical. S/he shall be responsible for the following:

(1) Provide strategic oversight on Gender-related program design and delivery to ensure it meets Gender equality goals;

(2) Take leadership and support decision-making for promoting gender equality;

(3) Identify gender equality gaps in program plan, design & implementation and take appropriate steps to redress the gaps;

(4) Support and capacitate SIDBI on integrating/incorporating gender equality goals in its initiatives/deliverables;

4. Qualification, Experience and Competencies:

(2) Any additional qualification/ PhD, in related field would be given preference;

(3) At least 5 years of work experience with reputed development agencies/ NGOs/ consultancies/ Government Department/Bodies/ MFIs;

(4) Excellent command over English and Hindi language; ability to write effectively for various audiences under pressure, with tight deadlines in a rapidly changing organizational environment with attention to detail;

5. Compensation Offered:

The compensation offered on a CTC basis shall be commensurate with industry standards. Higher compensation may be considered for highly competent and experienced candidates based on their suitability/ experience.

6. Place of posting: New Delhi/ Lucknow. However, the bank reserves the right to post the incumbent at other centres as the bank may decide from time to time.

7. Age limit: Applicants should not be more than 40 years as on December 31, 2024.

8. Type of Post: Contractual on Full time basis

9. Period of Contract: The terms of contract of Theme Leader - Gender and Financial Literacy would initially be for a period of 2 years. However, need-based renewal/extension of the contract may be considered by SIDBI subject to periodic review of performance.

What you'll do

Maintain a communication channel with Customers for resolving and closing the issues. - Impart training and ensure availability of trained resources (direct and subcontractor) through planning.

Lead and train the installation and subcontractor team.

Work proactively to avoid fire fighting and control cycle time.

Subcontractor development and ensure they follow the Company rules related to Safety and Quality .

Operations Management:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed Centre targets, driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.

Maintain a fun, safe, and clean environment for both team members and guests, ensuring the Centre adheres to all required compliance and safety standards as outlined in the FUN BLOCK Safety Standards.

Ensure that all Marketing, Operational, Employee Motivation, and other Corporate Office initiatives are clearly communicated, understood, and effectively executed within Fun Block.

Stay thoroughly informed about the products or services offered, enabling you to effectively guide both staff and customers.

Interact with internal teams to discuss strategies, to drive business objectives.

Inspire and motivate the team to achieve sales targets while maintaining high morale and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Utilize data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track Centre and staff performance, ensuring continuous improvement and optimal results.

Lead the daily operations of Fun Block by consistently delivering remarkable customer satisfaction and adhering to all company policies and operational procedures.

Customer Relationship Management:

Handling the guest complaints and resolving them professionally in an efficient and prompt manner or escalating it.

Captivate both children and adults by creating an exceptional Centre setup and presenting engaging educational activities. Build strong guest relationships and promote your center as an elite Fun Block destination, ensuring an unforgettable experience for all visitors.

People Management:

Motivate, mentor, and collaborate with the team members by exemplifying the significance of the guest experience. Set clear expectations, align individual goals with our company's mission and values, and foster a culture of excellence.

Coach, mentor, and train staff in conducting events for the guests (eg: Parties, Bday Parties, destination events etc), sales techniques, customer service best practices, and build comprehensive product knowledge to enhance their skills and performance time to time.

Inventory Management:

Ensure availability of all consumables, any other item needed for Operations.

Implement internal controls and record inventories.
