Role Overview
The
Head - Youth Political Leadership
shall lead initiatives to nurture the next generation of political leaders by curating, facilitating, and delivering transformative leadership programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curate and faciltate impactful leadership programs that address contemporary and future challenges, with specialisation in political strategic thinking, ethical governance, and public engagement.
- Build strong content, case studies, and experiential methods in behavioural change in political leadership.
- Engage and build strong partnerships with policymakers, institutions, and government departments.
- Build a strong team of internal and external facilitators to engage with elected representatives and public officers.
- Collaborate with teams focused on leadership research and analytics.
Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced degree (PhD/Master's) in Political Science, Public Policy, and/or allied areas/equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in political strategy, governance, or leadership development.
- Deep understanding of ethical political leadership, curriculum curation, facilitation, and assessment tools.
- Proven expertise in program design, delivery, and adult pedagogy.
- Demonstrated ability to create innovative, impactful learning frameworks.
- Proficiency with digital tools for enhanced learning engagement.
- Exposure to cross-cultural public leadership or Indian/Asian leadership studies will be a strong plus.

- 3–5 years of experience in leading consulting teams, coaching talent, and managing client-facing projects
- Proven ability to consult with executive stakeholders and shape digital adoption strategies
- Strong project management background (Agile and/or Waterfall)
- WalkMe Delivery Consultant certification (Preferred)
- Experience with complementary tools (e.g., SAP Enable Now, Salesforce, ServiceNow) a plus
