Key Responsibilities:

  • At least 6 years of hands-on experience in software development. 2–3 years of demonstrated experience as a Technical Project Lead or in a similar leadership role, managing engineering teams of 5–10 members.
  • Certification in Project Management practices is preferred though not mandatory.


Technical skills:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major technology projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate and lead project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication.
  • Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Track project progress, monitor performance against key metrics, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned for future projects.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations for project-related services.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on technology projects.
  • Proven experience managing complex software development and IT infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities.
