Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Technical Sales Engineer (Electronics) with proven experience in sales of industrial automation products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to servo motors, drives, PLCs, and HMIs , along with the ability to identify customer requirements and provide the right automation solutions.
Key Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of sales experience in industrial automation/electronics products.
- Knowledge of servo motors, drives, PLCs, and HMIs (experience with brands like Inovance, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Delta, or Siemens is preferred).
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with machine tools, factory automation, and manufacturing industries .
- Willingness to travel for client visits, meetings, and industry events.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities and build long-term customer relationships with OEMs, machine builders, and end-users.
- Sales & Solution Pitching: Promote automation products and present tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Customer Visits: Meet clients regularly to understand needs, provide product information, and close deals.
- Demonstrations & Presentations: Conduct product demos, trials, and technical discussions with prospective customers.
- After-Sales Support: Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth installation, training, and post-sales support.
- Documentation: Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and project updates.
