Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all IT systems including laptops, printers, routers, and internal tools
• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues (on-site and remote)
• Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols across platforms
• Maintain IT asset inventory and manage procurement in coordination with the admin/finance team.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
• Implement and manage regular data backups and system updates
• Support onboarding and offboarding by provisioning/deprovisioning access to systems and tools
• Liaise with vendors and third-party providers for IT solutions and support
• Assist in the rollout of new tools, software, and IT policies
•
Organize all available data (videos, files, etc.) and maintain structured access systems
• Map software and hardware costs and work on optimizations, including email-related costs
• Maintain strong data security measures to protect against unexpected breaches
• Conduct audits, manage hardware maintenance, and handle email setup and related configurations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networks
- Hands-on experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux environments
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, VPNs, firewalls, and endpoint protection tools
- Basic understanding of IT compliance and data security practices
- High ownership mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
