What You Need:

Experience: 1-7 years in software testing, with at least 1 year in General Insurance (Health, Motor, Travel, Property, etc.).

Skills: Proficiency in SQL for query writing and experience with test management tools (Quality Center, JIRA, Bugzilla).

Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of general insurance workflows, including claims processing, policy servicing, and underwriting.

Bonus Skills:

ISTQB Certification is an advantage.

Job Description:? Detailed Product Knowledge of LV Switchgear products, its functions and applications. (e.g. MCB, Fuses, RCDs, DBs & relevant products.)? Good knowledge of tests and test procedures as per IS & IEC standards for LV electrical switchgear e.g. IEC 60898, IEC 60947? Local test lab: Planning and carrying out tests per received test request or as per various requirements like STI, Tertial test. Maintain records of test results of all tests carried out and keep it readily available? Development tests: Create development test setups to evaluate the new product concepts during the prototype & concept realization. ? **About the role and team:**
+ Work with design team to understand design specifications
+ Generate test plan, create test and char program, design ATE hardware interface boards
+ Debug & characterize silicon on ATE, correlate results with bench data
+ Analyze silicon results, supporting failure analysis tasks
+ Perform statistical analysis of yield fallout, debug and fix yield issues; optimize test time
+ Work with production team to release products to volume production
+ Test strategy definition and implementation for new DCDC converter products
+ ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) test hardware and software knowledge base
+ Silicon qualification & characterization including qual hardware development

**Minimum requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field of study
+ 5+ years of relevant experience, 8+ preferred
+ ATE experience on Teradyne Eagle or equivalent analog ATE (iFlex, LTX, VLCT), although Eagle experience is preferred and is a differentiator
+ Characterization test program and hardware development experience, Production test program and hardware development experience
+ Strong technical knowledge of electronic devices and circuits, and Analog test techniques
+ Data analysis skills using Spotfire, dataPower or equivalent tool based on STDF
+ Experience with various lab equipment such as scopes, power supplies, sourcemeters, loads etc.
+ Experience with product engineering activities such as yield improvement and test time reduction
+ Strong understanding of the IC product development process, from concept to volume production
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Mixed signal test techniques and experience with developing mixed-signal tests on ATE, especially Power Products
+ Experience with test program and hardware offload to offshore manufacturing sites
