OVERVIEW

We are looking for a well-rounded Clinical Systems Tester with core expertise in Veeva CDMS (EDC) and strong hands-on experience with eCOA and IRT platforms. This role supports testing and validation activities within a Decentralized Clinical Trial (DCT) environment, requiring flexibility across various digital systems and patient-facing technologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Author and execute test scripts in Veeva EDC, aligned with protocol requirements

• Validate workflows across eCOA (electronic Clinical Outcome Assessments) and IRT (Interactive Response Technology) platforms

• Participate in system validation (IQ/OQ/PQ, UAT) for DCT tools including handheld and remote-use devices

• Collaborate with clinical ops, data management, and vendors to troubleshoot issues and verify system behavior

• Review data capture logic and support query testing to ensure data accuracy

• Document test execution results, manage traceability, and support audit-readiness

• Contribute to ongoing improvements in test processes across DCT systems.

REQUIRED

• Strong, hands-on experience with Veeva CDMS (EDC)

• Working knowledge of eCOA platforms (e.g., Medidata, YPrime, Clinical Ink)

• Experience with IRT systems (e.g., Almac, 4G, Bioclinica)

• Prior involvement in DCT environments, including testing for remote or device-based workflows

• Understanding of clinical trial regulatory requirements (21 CFR Part 11, GxP)

What you will do

A quality assurance engineer who uses business, technical and functional knowledge to execute the tests and manage defects for medical software products along with contributing to testing strategies using QA best practices and methodologies.

Strong technical and process knowledge

• 5+ Years of experience in Mobile App Testing.
• Experience and expertise in Mobile Apps Testing with exposure to automation testing.

• Collect and report quality metrics from test execution.

• Ability to create detail test reports with according to evidence.
• Optionally hands on experience in Web/Mobile Tools.
• Optionally experience in CI/CD.

Defect logging and debugging-
• Sound knowledge on debugging and debug tools like ADB.
• Logging defects in test management tools as per project standards and investigating/troubleshooting the system failures.

Job Summary 

The QA Consultant will be responsible for owning and executing QA function for Enterprise O2C product implementation for Fortune 1000 clients.The QA Consultant is responsible for testing all the e2e scenarios and user journeys for a product implementation and get all issues fixed before handling over the implementation for client UAT.This job profile will offer an individual high visibility as he/she will be the main point of contact for QA for the implementation. Responsibilities 

Responsible to carry out end-to-end QA for HighRadius O2C enterprise impementation for global clients
Experience in QA function and activities like test case planning, test execution, issue reporting and regression testing. Automation knowledge will be helpful.
Collaborate with cross functional teams such as consulting, engineering, technical teams to resolve issues. 
Own the QA activities for the implementation and ensure zero defect leakages to UAT and Hypercare.
Manual QA experience in must. Automation experience - Selenium on Cucumber framework will be handy. 
Working on QA function for SAAS Product Implementations will be a plus. O2C experience is also a plus.

As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will oversee the entirety of Citizens engineering and development efforts. You will help lead a team of highly-skilled engineers tasked with ensuring the development of top-quality technical solutions.

The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for:
