In this key role, you will be responsible for developing, debugging, and deploying high-quality test solutions for next-generation semiconductor devices. This is an exciting opportunity to join our engineering team and contribute to the advancement of test programs for cutting-edge ICs. The position is well-suited for software engineers with a strong electronics background or semiconductor test engineers experienced in ATE development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test programs on ATE platforms such as Advantest V93000, using C++ / Java in a Linux-based environment
• Design, debug, and optimize functional, parametric, and performance tests across all test phases—engineering, characterization, and production
• Convert simulation or digital test patterns into tester-compatible formats, ensuring correct timing and execution
• Create test flows for both wafer-level and final testing to achieve high test coverage, efficiency, and repeatability
• Review device specifications and datasheets to design effective and comprehensive test strategies
• Collaborate closely with design, DFT, and product engineering teams to align test plans with overall product goals
• Analyse test data to identify trends, optimize yield, and support silicon bring-up and validation
