Facilitate innovation and lead a global engineering team
As Manager – Mechanical Engineering (Cable Accessories), you will lead a team of skilled engineers, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of mechanical design solutions for high-voltage cable accessories.
You will be responsible for strategic planning, resource management, and a culture of innovation and collaboration. Your leadership will directly affect project talent development and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibility will be to:
You will report to the Sr. Manager – Accessories Engineering and the Operations Head – HVS KKA G3C. The role is based in Chennai, with occasional travel as required.
