**Responsibilities:**
+ Report to the Training Lead and support the execution of the overall OCM training strategy.
+ Collaborate with the OCM team and subject matter experts to understand training needs arising from organizational changes and transformation initiatives.
+ Analyze target audiences and their learning requirements to inform the design of effective training solutions.
+ Design and develop engaging training materials, including instructor-led presentations, job aids, quick reference guides, and other supporting documentation.
+ Develop online courseware using e-learning development tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Rise, and others.
+ Assist in the management and administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, user management, and reporting.
+ Contribute to the development of training plans and schedules.
+ Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, communication, and resource allocation.
+ Support the delivery of training sessions, potentially including virtual and in-person facilitation under the guidance of the Training Lead.
