- Foster a collaborative and creative design environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating success in product design.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent visual design skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
