**Role Overview:**
As a UX Designer, you'll work closely with international teams of designers, developers, and stakeholders to rapidly prototype and iterate on designs. You will be responsible for gathering user feedback and quickly updating mockups to improve usability and design efficiency. We need someone who's quick to adapt to changing requirements, thinks critically to find creative UX solutions, and is fluent in Figma's newest features, plugins, and widgets. You'll play a key role in delivering seamless user experiences across our platform.

**Qualifications:**
+ At least 5 years of proven experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
+ Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including plugins, widgets, and the latest features (hands-on design and prototyping tasks will be part of the interview process).
+ Experience in rapid prototyping with real data.
+ Strong ability to adapt to shifting priorities and fast-paced environments.
+ Must have experience conducting user testing and incorporating feedback into the design process.
+ Excellent communication skills and experience working with product, design and development teams.
