The Opportunity


As a UX Research Coordinator at FICO, you’ll work closely with UX researchers, product designers, and cross-functional partners to support and operationalize our user research initiatives. What You'll Contribute


  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for user research studies, including usability testing, in-depth interviews (IDIs), surveys, and diary studies, across multiple product teams and geographies.

  • Maintain and evolve our research operations toolkit (tools, templates, scheduling automations).
  • Monitor and manage participant incentives and logistics, ensuring excellent participant experience and compliance with FICO and regional policies.
  • Support the UX Researchers by scheduling sessions, preparing briefs, and assisting with note-taking and early synthesis where appropriate.
  • Help compile participant screener documents, recruit lists, NDAs, and study protocols in coordination with Legal and Compliance teams.

What We're Seeking

  • Previous experience working with or supporting user researchers, product designers, or experience design teams at scale.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced and matrixed environments.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

UX Strategy

- Work with Product Management, customers to develop a product vision.
- Contributes to define the User Experience Strategy of a product or service by understanding business context, product strategy, customer values and brand vision.

- Define the UX research scope & applicable methods

- Identify the target users to define the participants to involve in the research
- Lead the recruitment process
- Define the number of participants to involve
- Contact users or outsource the recruitment

- Facilitate ideation design sessions with project/product teams to inject UX research findings in the design process (storyboarding, design studio, design charette, etc.)

- Work with UX designers to suggest directions for the UI design based on research findings (information architecture, user interaction model & workflows, design consistency, etc.)

Plan, build, conduct, analyse user feedback sessions to evaluate the user experience through iterations all along the development cycle thanks to:
- participatory design
- card sorting
- mock-up walkthroughs

+ 4 years of program management experience within design or UX organizations.
+ Experience with User Research, or Research focused tools and methodologies.

As a UX Program Manager (UX Programs & Operations), you will combine expert project management skills with a passion for user experience to help your team improve the design of products that are used by billions of users. **Responsibilities:**
+ Partner, manage, and monitor portfolio of UX Research Agencies to ensure they deliver research services to Google UX Researchers.
+ Manage compliance processes to protect Google and users. Partner with internal and external teams to drive compliance strategies. Protect data privacy and minimize risks Vendor Security Assessments (VSA),Data Protection Assessments.
+ Source and onboard agencies to meet the UX Research community's needs. Leverage data, negotiate rates, write statement of work and execute agreements in the various tools (e.g., Simba).
+ Partner with global colleagues to identify opportunities,implement solutions, process improvement. Establish program metrics by setting, defining, and aligning with leadership on goals metrics. Be an advocate, educator, consultant, and advisor. Partner with cross-functional partners like global UX Researchers, agencies, Legal and security.

What you will do:

  • Strategic Leadership :


  • Define and evolve the research and service design function for Angel One’s product ecosystem.
  • Partner with Design, Product, Data, Engineering, and Business teams to embed user insight and service thinking into product roadmaps.


  • Team Management & Mentorship :


  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of UX Researchers and Service Designers.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, empathy, and impact through structured coaching, feedback, and goal setting.


  • Insight-Driven Impact :


  • Oversee foundational, generative, and evaluative research to inform decisions across product lifecycles.
  • Translate user insights into clear narratives, opportunity areas, and strategic recommendations.


  • Service Design & Systems Thinking :


  • Drive end-to-end service design initiatives including journey mapping, ecosystem modeling, and blueprinting.
  • Ensure consistent experiences across channels (mobile, web, assisted journeys) through thoughtful orchestration of service touchpoints.


  • Ops & Scaling :


  • Build frameworks, tools, and processes to scale research and service design maturity across the org.
  • Advocate for ethical research practices, accessibility, and inclusion in design.


Who you are:

  • 10+ years of experience in UX Research, Service Design, or related fields, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods, with hands-on experience in applying them at scale.
  • Strong experience in service design tools (e.g., journey maps, service blueprints, ecosystem diagrams).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • A systems thinker with a user-first mindset and sharp business acumen.
  • Prior experience in fintech or platform products is a strong plus.
