We are looking for a UX Researcher who is passionate about understanding user needs, behaviors, and motivations. You will work closely with UX Designers, Instructional Designers, Product and other stakeholders to plan and conduct user research, analyze data, and communicate insights and recommendations. You will help us create products and services that are user-friendly, effective, and delightful.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities· Utilize organizational and interpersonal skills to recruit participants for research projects and usability studies
· Plan, lead, and conduct a wide variety of research (e.g. moderated/unmoderated usability tests, interviews, focus groups, surveys, prototype tests, A/B tests, card sorting, SED testing etc.)
· Write user scripts and protocols for testing and confirm with senior colleagues
· Lead journey mapping sessions with Product and other departments
· Work closely with UX Designers and Instructional Designers to set up tests
· Visit clients virtually to overserve and perform user testing
· Work closely with UI Designers to setup usability tests
· Work with stakeholders to identify research needs
· Utilize research processes and tools to perform job duties
· Perform validation usability testing to determine whether new features and enhancements have met business and usability objectives as well as participant needs
· Conduct analysis of research findings and translate into actionable, prioritized recommendations and communicate insights to team members and stakeholders
Qualifications Education· Bachelor/Associate degree or certification in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, Sociology, Usability or related experience
Experience· 3+ years of user experience research or related
· Experience with Healthcare is preferred but not mandatory
· Experience with Agile development is preferred but not mandatory
