What you’ll do
Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
Build/maintain components, variants, styles, and tokens for consistency
Design full states (empty, loading, error, success) and responsive layouts
Run quick usability tests/interviews ; synthesize insights into actions
Create developer-ready handoff (specs, redlines, assets, annotations)
Document decisions and iterate quickly with feedback
Must-have
Portfolio with at least one case study showing problem → insights → iterations → result
Strong prototyping in a modern design tool (see “Tooling” below)
Good grasp of UX fundamentals : heuristics, IA, microcopy, accessibility basics
Clear communication; comfort with fast feedback loops
Good-to-have
FigJam/Miro, Notion, basic HTML/CSS, exposure to design systems
Familiarity with analytics/usability tools (e.g., GA, Hotjar)
Interest in motion/micro-interactions and UX writing
