Our client is a rapidly growing fashion retail brand seeking an imaginative and trend-setting Visual Merchandising Manager. This is a fully remote role, allowing you to contribute your creative vision from anywhere. You will be responsible for developing and executing compelling visual merchandising strategies that elevate the brand's image and drive sales across all digital and potential physical touchpoints. Your role involves conceptualizing and designing visually stunning product displays, store layouts (where applicable), and online presentation aesthetics that resonate with our target audience. You will create detailed mood boards, floor plans, and visual guidelines for various campaigns and product launches. Collaboration with marketing, e-commerce, and product development teams will be crucial to ensure a cohesive brand experience. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing innovative visual merchandising work, preferably within the fashion retail sector. A degree in Fashion Design, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with 4+ years of experience in visual merchandising. Excellent creative flair, an understanding of current fashion trends, strong spatial reasoning, and proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) are essential. Outstanding communication and presentation skills are vital for articulating concepts and collaborating with remote teams. This role offers the exciting opportunity to influence the brand's aesthetic and customer perception, driving engagement and conversion through visually impactful storytelling. You will be instrumental in creating inspiring shopping experiences that reflect the brand's identity and values.
