In this role, the incumbent will directly contribute to the company’s revenue growth and margin by adding new business, building relationships and delivering services.
Responsibilities
• Lead and deliver Regulatory Affairs advisory services
• Lead a portfolio of Regulatory account delivery teams
• Lead people effectively ensuring high levels of retention and high performing teams
• Define and build solution and marketing collateral, develop pursuit plan, and deliver advisory methodologies in the Life Sciences industry
• Build senior leadership market connects & networks with leaders
• Directly contribute to the organizations top line growth and profitability
• Deliver specific needs within the clients; this may be as a defined project or as establishing a longer-term engagement that can be handed off to the Operations team
• Creating and developing a “trusted” advisor role to CXO’s and functional heads in targeted accounts
• Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan and strategy to achieve assigned goals
• Working with advisory and analyst firms to nurture channel / advisory relationships
• Representing Genpact at relevant conferences, tradeshows, and industry forums
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Degree in pharmaceutical sciences + MBA or advanced degree in related field.
• History of successfully selling related services
• A deep understanding of Life Sciences eco-system and the current market dynamics
• Domain knowledge of the RA arena with consultative selling
• Prior experience in running large scale RA deals for driven companies within the industry from a sales and lead solution architect perspective
• Proven project management delivery is also required.
• Robust communication and presentation skills
