Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Configure, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM to meet business requirements
- Create and manage custom fields, modules, layouts, and workflows
- Set up and maintain sales pipelines, stages, and forecasting models
- Implement and maintain data validation rules and automation
- Import, export, and migrate customer data while ensuring data integrity
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for sales team
- Design and implement sales process workflows and automation rules
- Create email templates, document templates, and approval processes
- Set up and customize Zoho Marketing Automation system for lead nurturing and campaign management
- Configure integration with other business applications (email, marketing tools, etc.)
- Gather feedback and implement system improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years of hands-on experience
with Zoho CRM platform
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and sales processes
- Experience with Zoho CRM modules: Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals, Activities
- Proficiency in creating custom fields, workflows, and automation rules
- Knowledge of data import/export processes and data management
- Experience with Zoho CRM reporting and dashboard creation
- Experience with Zoho Marketing Automation setup, campaign creation, and lead scoring configuration
- Experience with Zoho integrations (Zoho Mail, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Desk)
- Basic understanding of APIs and third-party integrations
- Familiarity with email marketing integration
- Basic knowledge of HTML for email templates (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
