What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Managing and maintaining our product listings on the GeM portal

Applying for relevant tenders and bids

Ensuring timely product updates and inventory tracking

Drafting and sending formal emails for queries, tenders, and order follow-ups

Coordinating with internal teams for documentation and compliance

About the Role

As an Associate Counselor at PW Vidyapeeth , you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding students and parents through one of the most important decisions of their academic journey—choosing the right path for IIT-JEE, NEET, and Foundation success .

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with students and parents to explain IIT-JEE, NEET, and Foundation (Classes 6–12) courses.
• Guide learners in selecting the right batches, programs, and study plans tailored to their goals.
• Manage walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and follow-ups for smooth enrollments.
• Provide career and academic counseling focused on competitive exam preparation.
• Support lead generation, conversions, and student retention at Vidyapeeth centers.

• Collaborate with faculty, center heads, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
