Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for technical trials and product validations

Job Description: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Location: MASH Test Centre Khopoli

Candidate should besed on preferably based in Khopoli, Khalapur – as close to the factory as possible

Work Schedule: 6 days/week,

Joining Bonus: Offered for suitable candidates during the orientation period

Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in repair and maintenance

Role Overview:

• Maintain & repair diesel/oil burners, pumps, motors, and mechanical seals.
• Install gear drives, bearings, conveyors, and high-temp/high-pressure seals.
• Troubleshoot sensors, bearings, and ASME-standard pipe systems with preventive maintenance.
• Support commissioning, retrofits, and manage critical spares with detailed logs.
• Utilize strong Khopoli–Taloja network for sourcing parts and coordinating services.
• Ensure safety compliance, root cause analysis, and structured process discipline.

Network Management for Office Infra Network & Security Devices

•    Design, configure, and deploy network infrastructure including routers, switches,    firewalls, wireless access points, and VPNs.

•    Managing OIC End point switches ,management ,troubleshooting issues with OEM ,upgrading devices,firmware, addressing end user connectivity issues.

•    Monitor network performance, availability, and security using appropriate tools.

•    Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime.

•    Maintain and optimize network configurations to improve efficiency and performance.

•    Perform network capacity planning and scalability assessments.

•    Manage and keeping the network documentation, SOP, diagrams, and inventory up to date periodically .

•    Closure of VA and hardening findings

•    Coordinate with Vendors & OEMs to troubleshoot issues reported by end users or business impact and follow up for RMA pickups with OEM for faulty hardware or raising calls for     hardware issues

•    Conduct Periodic DR drills and preparing DR reports

•    Preparation of Compliance / Regulatory Reports

•    Upgradation of firmware and patches as and when required and recommended by OEM due to any bugs

•    Ensuring the uptime of the devices

•    Call logging with ISP for link down, degradation issues and following up till closure of     the same

•    Monitoring the devices through the monitoring tools and finetuning the monitoring tool

•    User management on devices

•    Create Incidents, Prepare incident reports, monthly review reports of the     devices,utilization,to NDML management
