We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PeopleSoft Financial Technical-Functional Developer to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of PeopleSoft Financial modules, combined with strong technical skills to enhance, support, and maintain the PeopleSoft Financials system. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements while ensuring system integrity and performance.
The Challenge:
- Develop, modify, and maintain PeopleSoft Financial applications, focusing on modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Management.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement customizations, integrations, and interfaces between PeopleSoft and other systems across multiple environments.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and fixes while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PeopleSoft Financials.

About the Role
The Materials & Corrosion Engineer is accountable for providing corrosion and materials engineering expertise and judgement in the service of the Refinery integrity teams and projects teams in support of engineering risk and the delivery of safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
Provide corrosion and materials engineering expertise to refinery teams operations teams across P&O (production & operations) (Operations, Maintenance & Reliability, Projects Ops, Turnarounds) to manage corrosion and materials threats on equipment.
Ensure pragmatic solutions are identified and implemented to manage risk, production efficiency, defect elimination and standardization, to deliver safe, reliable, and compliant operations.
Support damage mechanism reviews (DMR) for new equipment and revalidations. Review and carry out corrosion rate assessment and prepare corrosion management documentation.
Provide corrosion input to risk-based inspection (RBI) plans.
Review inspection results and make repair recommendations.
Review and endorse corrosion-related metrics (e.g. corrosion control matrices and LOPC (Loss of Primary Containment) data) and intervene where appropriate.
Provide corrosion and materials engineering support to incident investigations.
May be required to support Biofuel and Biofuel pretreatment.
People and business related:
Provide visible safety leadership in accordance with bp safety leadership principles, lifesaving rules and process safety fundamentals to model desired safety behaviors
Record relevant learning in shared learning systems, incorporate into local activities, specifications/ practices/ procedures and raise high priority lessons

As a GSS geologist, you will have the opportunity to support activity across our global portfolio, on projects as diverse as resources progression in AGT, Egypt, and Asia Pacific regions, early field development offshore West Africa and modelling large-scale waterflood developments in the Caspian Sea and Middle East. You may work on clastic, deep-water, paralic, non-marine and carbonate reservoirs, supporting our hydrocarbon and low carbon businesses, and delivering new wells.
You will be deployed into one of our Reservoir Performance, Reserves. You will deep technical skills in geology and subsurface integration, alongside detailed appreciation of subsurface uncertainty and risk, to deliver: integrated subsurface descriptions, reservoir performance models, reserves estimates and well plans which all underpin resource progression and development planning bp’s global oil, gas and low carbon portfolio.
What will you deliver:
- As an individual technical contributor, working closely with other subsurface subject areas and other business units such as the the Project or Production organisation, you will deliver high-quality geological inputs to progress prioritised business opportunities.
- You will interpret and integrate core, well-log, seismic, analogue, and dynamic data (pressure, production etc.) to develop and refine the coordinated structural, stratigraphic, depositional, rock property and fluid frameworks · which underpin coordinated subsurface products.
- Your technical and business skills will enable you to develop appropriate subsurface scenarios, to characterise and communicate subsurface uncertainties and use this knowledge to plan and deliver ‘fit for purpose’ technical products.

The senior floating systems engineer will provide field expertise for operation support, including maintenance, inspection, anomaly management, and brownfield projects. The senior floating systems engineer would be based in Pune, India. The successful candidate will support our operational assets in Mauritania & Senegal.

What you will deliver
Discipline related
- Being an integrated member (remotely) in the regional Integrity Management (IM) squad team to manage the regional floating assets in a suitable condition to deliver the company’s safety and business goals.
- Supporting the regional deployed C&S engineers to deliver the regional floating systems and structural integrity management plans based on company guidance and industry codes; responsible for the asset floating systems and structural inspection, monitoring, and maintenance strategies in resolving facility’s current condition; handling significant deterioration in topside structural, hull, and mooring conditions or any deviation following the floating systems performance standards through the anomaly management process, quantifying the risks, and making sound engineering recommendations for mitigation actions.
- Being the leading field engineer in defining the floating systems and structural engineering scope of work for brownfield projects and providing technical assurance for third-party engineering deliveries, maintaining relationships with third-party providers and contractors, ensuring design and operations follow industry codes and technical practices and performance standards, assessing the impact of significant changes in load (weight) or changes (metocean or others) to operating conditions on the integrity of the assets.
- Supporting the regional severe weather evacuation preparation and post-hurricane or winter storm inspection; supervising the platform performance from the Integrity Marine Monitoring Systems (IMMS) data to ensure the floaters operate within the safe operation limits.
- Approving the weight changes on the platform following the company policy for not compromising the floater stability.
- Driving efforts to ensure floating systems (condition, operation, or metocean) risks are understood, controlled, and continuously reduced across the business to deliver safe and reliable operating results, effectively communicating risks to business and technical collaborators
