Role Overview:
The Inside Sales role serves as a key link between customers and internal teams (EMS, SCM, Engineering & R&D, QA/QC, MRO, Marketing, and other stakeholders). Responsibilities include selling manufacturing capacity and allied services, generating leads, managing inquiries, preparing quotations, and closing contracts and meeting targets. The role drives revenue growth through sales strategies, customer engagement, negotiations, and collaboration with internal teams for successful deal closures.
Responsibilities:
· Drive sales of EMS & allied services across India and globally.
· Develop and execute strategies with Sales & Business Head to attract and convert leads.
· Conduct client meetings, service presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
· Build & maintain strong customer relationships, addressing queries with quick response and support.
