Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven CSR & Fundraising Executive with hands-on experience in corporate fundraising, CSR partnerships, and proposal development . This role focuses on building strategic relationships with corporates and foundations , driving funding opportunities, and strengthening the organization’s long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Fundraising & Business Development
- Lead fundraising efforts to secure CSR and philanthropic funds from corporates, foundations, and HNIs.
- Develop and deliver persuasive funding proposals, concept notes, and presentations tailored to donor requirements.
- Create and execute annual fundraising strategies with clear targets and milestones.
- Drive renewal and upsell opportunities with existing donors through strong relationship management.
Corporate Partnerships
- Identify, approach, and engage potential corporate CSR partners aligned with the organization’s thematic focus areas.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships and long-term collaborations with CSR heads, foundations, and business leaders.

Donor Management & Reporting
