**Experience Required:** 5+ years
**Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

*** **Key Responsibilities:**
*** **Record to Report (R2R)**
+ Manage end-to-end R2R operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close.
+ Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP.
+ BS reconciliation and SOX compliance
+ Analyze financial data and variances to support business decisions.
+ Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
+ Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
+ Maintain general ledger integrity and ensure proper documentation.
*** **Procure to Pay (P2P)**
+ Oversee the complete P2P cycle from requisition to vendor payment.
+ Ensure timely invoice processing and resolution of discrepancies.
+ Process payment as per the Due dates
+ Vendor reconciliations and sign off
+ Generate reports on procurement performance and KPIs.
*** **Fixed Assets**
+ Manage the fixed assets register and ensure accurate capitalization and depreciation.
+ Conduct periodic asset verification and reconciliation.
+ Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies for asset management.
+ Support audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis.
+ Collaborate with operations and IT teams for asset tracking and lifecycle management.
+ Review and process asset disposals, transfers, and impairments.

+ Proficiency in ERP systems (M3/Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
