About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR Business Partner to
support our fast-growing Export operations. The role will work closely
with business leaders to drive people strategy, performance,
engagement, and compliance across multiple remote locations.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Workforce Planning & Hiring
- Partner with business teams to plan headcount and hiring needs.
- Ensure timely hiring of critical roles and build a strong talent
pipeline.
2) Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
- Drive smooth onboarding and early productivity ramp-up.
- Track early attrition and enhance retention through continuous
feedback.
3) Performance & Productivity
- Implement OKRs / KPIs and enable performance reviews.
- Support managers in coaching, feedback, and performance
improvement.
4) Employee Relations & Compliance
- Ensure consistent HR policy implementation and legal compliance.
- Manage employee relations and resolve grievances promptly.
5) Engagement, Rewards & Recognition
- Execute employee engagement and R&R programs.
- Support compensation benchmarking, payroll, and benefits
accuracy.
6) HR Process Excellence
- Drive HR process automation and adoption of HR tech tools.
- Monitor HR dashboards and ensure full statutory compliance.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Graduate / MBA Preferred
- 4+ years of relevant experience in HR operations / business
- partnering (Exports, E-Commerce, Quick Commerce, or Logistics
preferred).
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and execution capability.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous
environment.
- Excellent communication and MS Office skills.
- Sound knowledge of labor and employment laws.

About the Role: Responsibilities in brief:
• Assist the Vice Chancellor in all the academic affairs and prepare the PPTs, material for the meetings under his guidance. • Prepare, collate and distribute information relating to various academic committees under the guidance of the VC. • Preparing, collating the academic documents based on the Vision and mission of the Vice-Chancellor in development of the University. • Assist the VC in the work related to collaborations with Universities, Academicians, Industries etc. • Communicate with internal and external delegates on behalf of the VC. • Coordinate with all the deans of the schools, Registrar’s office on behalf of the VC’s Secretariat. • Surf on internet / update self with the latest news / trends in higher education and appraise the VC from time to time. • Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures and applicable legal rules and regulations and update the VC as and when needed. • Develop and maintain data and analytical systems relevant to the VC’s Office. • Oversee all the activities pertaining to VC’s Office. • Oversee the hospitality of the guests of the VC’s Office. • Shall coordinate and manage the University events on behalf of the VC’s Secretariat. • Shall have complete awareness of the representation system structure (i.e The VC’s Secretariat) and a good understanding of University’s working as a whole. • Attend all relevant committee meetings as directed by the VC and brief the proceedings to the VC after any such attended meetings. • Managing calendars, coordinating meetings, Prepare MoM and follow-up the action plans. • Travel management.
Qualifications: Graduate / Postgraduate in any Engineering stream, with an MBA.
