About the Role We are seeking an experienced
Digital Strategist
to join our
Customer & Marketing Consulting
practice. This role focuses on enabling clients to define and implement transformative digital marketing strategies powered by Adobe Experience Cloud and related MarTech platforms. As a Digital Strategist, you will work closely with senior client stakeholders to articulate a clear digital vision, design data-driven marketing strategies, and guide organizations through change to achieve measurable business outcomes. You will play a key role in driving innovation, customer experience enhancement, and marketing effectiveness across industries. Key Responsibilities Engage and inspire senior client executives through strategic discussions, influencing decisions, and fostering alignment on digital transformation goals. Lead and drive complex, cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value through digital strategy and Adobe solution adoption. Conduct discovery sessions, market research, and data analysis to define client objectives, business KPIs, and digital marketing use cases. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to derive insights, develop hypotheses, and synthesize recommendations for client presentation. Facilitate workshops and employ digital benchmarking, customer journey mapping, and organizational assessments to identify areas of improvement. Design future-ready digital operating models across people, process, and technology to enable sustainable marketing transformation. Develop and present strategic narratives and business cases that connect marketing transformation to tangible ROI and growth metrics. Support the growth of the Digital Performance Strategy practice by contributing to methodology development, cross-training, and mentoring initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience 3-12 years
of experience in
digital marketing, strategy consulting, or customer experience transformation
roles. Hands-on experience with
Adobe Experience Cloud
or similar digital marketing ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Marketing Platform). Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, customer journey analytics, CDP implementation, and marketing automation. Proven ability to work across industries such as
Retail, BFSI, Travel, Media & Entertainment , or related domains. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong executive presence. Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and deliver high-impact outcomes under tight timelines. MBA or equivalent advanced degree
preferred.
