- Manage research projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in market research, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience in designing and conducting quantitative and qualitative research.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python for data analysis) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience with survey platforms (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics) is essential.
- Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
