Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst with 3 to 6 years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, hands-on experience with large data sets, proficiency in SQL and Python, and expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau. This role demands strong statistical acumen, familiarity with research methodologies, and the ability to derive actionable insights through both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and other analytics tools.
Design and develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI and Tableau to support strategic decision-making.
Conduct exploratory data analysis, statistical modeling, and root cause investigations to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand data needs, and deliver analytical solutions.
Apply basic statistical techniques and use tools such as R, T/Stata, or equivalent to support business and research initiatives.
Prepare and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders using MS PowerPoint and other communication tools.
Document analytical methodologies, data workflows, and project outcomes in a structured and comprehensible format.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field (B.Tech/B.E. or B.Sc./BA).
Postgraduate qualifications in relevant fields will be an added advantage.
3 to <6 years of experience in data analytics or a related discipline.
High-level proficiency in:
SQL and similar tools for querying and handling large datasets.
Python or equivalent programming language for data manipulation and automation.
Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
MS Office tools including Excel (advanced), Word, and PowerPoint.
Basic statistics and research tools (R, T/Stata, etc.).
Strong problem-solving abilities with a solid understanding of both qualitative and quantitative analytics.
