Role Overview:
The product management team at Traya is seeking a highly motivated, data-driven Associate Product Manager to drive the consumer-facing web and app products.
A successful Product Manager must have exceptional user insighting and research background, data skills, strong analytical abilities, relationship-building and communication skills across cross-functional teams, an ability to work under tight deadlines, a track record of delivering results, and be an independent self-starter.
This position requires full-time in-office presence 5 days per week at our Mumbai office.
Key job responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end product management for new and existing features on consumer products.
- Partner with Business, Design, and Engineering to improve the user experience and optimize product funnels
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams through metrics, meetings, processes, and effectively communicate with key stakeholders
- Analyze large datasets to identify and present trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
- Create and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring and track key product metrics
- Provide regular reporting and insights to the leadership team
A day in life:
- Collaborate with product, business, design, data, engineering, and support to discover, ideate, and define product requirements from a business goal
- Partner with design, engineering, and QA to deliver product requirements
- Monitor key metrics, analyze data sets independently, and provide explanations when anomalies occur
- Design and coordinate data-driven A/B experiments to drive conversion metrics
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly product performance updates for stakeholders

Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering
- 2+ years of overall product experience
- Experience owning/driving product features and end-to-end product delivery
- Product funnel and behavior analysis and user insighting and research
- Experience with product/data analysis tools such as MoEngage, Superset, Looker, Excel
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities with experience using qualitative and quantitative skills to discover product opportunities
Preferred qualifications:
- Graduate/MBA from Tier 1 institutes (IIT, IIM, BITS, NIT, etc.)
- Prior experience managing products and features in a B2C consumer product company
- Experience in influencing key stakeholders through data-driven insights
- Experience working across cross-functional teams in product, business, data, design, and engineering
- Experience building business cases for products and features, and analyzing performance
