About the Role

As an Associate Product Manager II, you will play a key role in building customer-centric products by combining user empathy, data insights, and structured problem-solving. RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Coordinate with the Product Team to create product strategy including pricing plans, target segment, partnerships etc.
  • Perform design, development and management of new, existing or acquisition product.
  • Work with the business team and key stakeholders to define scope, costs and timelines for updating existing products and implementing new product.
  • Assist in the deployment of new products, for initial customer.
  • Work with the quality assurance team to ensure that the delivered system is properly tested and meets the product requirement.
  • Work with distribution partners to identify sales opportunities and to position products on key platform.
  • Identify product marketing ideas and opportunities based on industry trends, current market environment and competitive trend.
  • Create campaign strategies and help in execution working with content and design team.
  • Facilitate changes to product portfolio to improve competitive position and optimal product performance.


REQUIRED SKILLS


  • Original Research - The ability to take primary and secondary data to come up with original insights that can be defended with data or evidence.
  • Structured Thinking - Can think clearly under lot of data and make definitive choices along with pros and cons.
  • Empathy - Is able to understand different stakeholders within the company and outside, and hence put themselves in own shoes.
  • Communication - Is able to communicate ideas clearly through workflows, feature descriptions, etc.


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • 0- 2 years of product management experience.
  • Must be from engineering background.
  • Someone with experience in design specially enterprise software.
  • Candidate who has worked within operations of large enterprises is also a large value add.
  • Someone who has built applications himself would also be preferred.

Associate Product Manager

Location: Bangalore (India)

Experience: 3+ years


Roles and Responsibilities:


• Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Collaborate with senior product managers to create the product strategy and actionable roadmap.

• Liaise with Engineering & UI/UX Teams: Work with engineering, UI/UX teams to translate product requirements into functional designs.

• Customer Research: Analyze customer needs and market trends to drive product enhancements and new features.

• Product Analytics: Track and monitor key product metrics and KPIs across all Aurigo product lines, aligning them with organizational goals. Leverage Pendo and transactional data to build and analyze these metrics.

• Product Growth: Identify and implement adoption and growth strategies to enhance the acquisition and retention funnel for individual products.

• RFP Management: Take ownership of RFP Pipeline management and ensure cross team collaboration to ensure accurate RFP responses are provided in defined timelines.


Soft Skills:


• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional team engagement.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and balance various product demands.

• A proven track record in fostering teamwork and collaboration.


Hard Skills:


• Experience in product management with a focus on Analytics

• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and understanding of analytics best practices.


Educational Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.


Prior Experience:


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on Product Analytics

• Experience in the B2B sector, ideally with products targeting the construction or public sector
