Contribute to the overall product roadmap across all platforms - web, mobile, apps -- after careful consideration of the needs of internal and external parties


Lead development of new product offerings by conducting market research, user surveys, and the like to understand where and how we can satisfy unmet consumer needs.

Skills And Qualifications:


1-3 years of experience developing web products ideally with a background in technical product management or web engineering.


Capacity to think strategically, and an ability to understand how product decisions are tied to key business drivers


Strong quantitative capabilities, and experience using analytics platforms to understand product usability (Google Suite, Adobe Analytics, FB Analytics, Omniture, Clevertap, etc.)


Familiarity with APIs, documentation, web system architecture

The incumbent will have to:


● Develop a deep understanding of the market in which Abhibus operates, the needs and pain points of the customers, and competitive landscape. This understanding should inform the product roadmap and strategy, and help to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver on product initiatives and ensure that they are delivered on time and with high quality. This may involve coordinating with teams to scope out and specify features, conducting user research to validate assumptions and gather feedback, and ensuring that product launches are effectively communicated and promoted.

● Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap and release plan. This will involve working with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise key initiatives, and establishing a clear release plan that outlines when each feature or capability will be delivered.

● Measure and analyse product performance to inform continuous improvement and optimization efforts. This may involve conducting A/B testing, gathering customer feedback, and analysing usage data to inform product decisions.

● Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. This may involve presenting product updates and demos to stakeholders, and gathering feedback and input to inform product decisions.


Qualifications:


● Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience

● 1-3 years of product management experience, with a track record of delivering successful products.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills.

● Hands-on experience on data analytics tools for product research such as Clevertap, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau etc.

● Hands-on experience with wire-framing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Invision, Adobe XD.

● Experience in technical and software engineering is a plus

● Experience working with agile development methodologies is a plus

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You’ll need to find ways to automate and productize solutions around course experience to improve efficiency
  • Identify problems along the learner journey to understand and develop solutions to learner’s pain points
  • Gather insights from across teams within the org and conduct external research and usability studies to understand how customers are interacting with the product and develop enhancements based on the results/analysis
  • Continuously improve existing products and features to drive higher engagement, retention and customer delight(NPS)
  • On an average day you’d be breaking down user problems, creating roadmaps, prioritizing with the team, running daily stand-ups, looking at customer issues, interacting with customers and collaborating with engineers, designers, operations, support team to help create value
