- Create workflows in Zapier, Make, n8n,GPT agent mode or similar
- Connect apps via webhooks, APIs, and built-in integrations
- Automate lead generation, CRM updates, email sequences, reporting, and more
- Implement AI-Powered Logic
- Embed ChatGPT or other LLM agents into workflows for dynamic content generation, data enrichment, and decision-making
- Build custom GPTs or OpenAI API scripts to handle specialized tasks
- Optimize & Maintain
- Monitor performance, error rates, and throughput
- Refine triggers, filters, and actions to maximize reliability and speed
- Document processes, version control workflows, and train team members
- Collaborate & Advise
- Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to prioritize automation opportunities
- Provide best-practice recommendations on tool selection and architecture
- Keep abreast of emerging no-code/AI platforms and propose pilot projects
What We’re Looking For
- Experience & Expertise
- Understanding in Prompt engineering and NEWgen AI.
- 1 year of implementing workflow automations in Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, or equivalent
- Hands-on with AI integration—ChatGPT, custom GPTs, or similar LLM agents
- Technical Skills
- Strong API/Webhook knowledge; ability to build advanced API calls
- Basic scripting (Python, JavaScript) for custom logic or data transformations
- Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho), Airtable, Google Workspace, and common SaaS tools
- Soft Skills
- Excellent problem-solving: break down complex processes into modular workflows
- Clear communicator: write concise documentation and explain technical concepts to non-tech stakeholders
- Proactive and detail-oriented: anticipate edge cases and build robust automations
Nice-to-Haves
- Certifications or partner status with Zapier, Make.com, or another automation platform
- Experience building dashboards (e.g., Data Studio, Tableau) for automation insights
- Background in SaaS operations.
