- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in brand management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies that have driven significant growth.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Expertise in integrated marketing communications, digital marketing, and social media strategy.
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing external agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively and drive ROI.
