Our client is seeking an inspirational and strategic Head of Brand Management to lead their branding initiatives. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in India while driving impactful brand strategies for a leading FMCG organization. You will be responsible for shaping and elevating the brand's identity, increasing market share, and fostering strong consumer connections. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of brand strategy, consumer insights, and integrated marketing communications.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand equity and market position.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels (digital, traditional, social media).
  • Conduct market research and consumer insight analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Manage brand budgets and ensure optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with product development, sales, and R&D teams to align brand strategy with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of brand managers and marketing professionals.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and report on key insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Identify and build strategic partnerships to expand brand reach and engagement.
  • Drive innovation in brand storytelling and consumer engagement strategies.
  • Oversee packaging design and product positioning to ensure alignment with brand vision.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in brand management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies that have driven significant growth.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Expertise in integrated marketing communications, digital marketing, and social media strategy.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing external agencies and cross-functional teams.
