About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst with experience in real estate financial analysis and reporting. The role involves consolidating property-level financials, creating dashboards, building financial models, and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting using Yardi Voyager, Yardi Elevate, Excel, and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate and analyze property-level financial statements into corporate roll-ups.
- Prepare variance analyses, executive summaries, and performance reports.
- Build and maintain financial dashboards using Power BI and Yardi systems.
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Reconcile data across Yardi, lender reports, and internal systems to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Asset Management, and Operations teams to streamline reporting.
- Support ad hoc analysis and reporting for senior management decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in real estate financial analysis, accounting, or asset management.
- Proficient in Yardi Voyager, Yardi Elevate, Excel (pivot tables, Power Query), and Power BI.
- Experience with financial modeling, multi-entity consolidations, GAAP, and variance analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Exposure to multifamily, commercial, or industrial real estate assets.
- Experience with data warehouses or BI reporting systems.
