About the Role
Yatri Sathi – a government-backed ride-hailing platform – is looking for a dynamic
Business Operations Manager
to lead and scale operations across West Bengal. This is a high-ownership role with full accountability of Supply growth (Driver engagement), Demand generation and marketing activations, Customer experience, and Govt. Liaisoning.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage end-to-end city operations – driver onboarding, training, availability & service quality.
● Lead a strong on-ground team to drive ride numbers and ensure daily operational execution.
● Engage with driver unions and community groups to build long-term support for Yatri Sathi.
● Actively solve driver issues and help make Yatri Sathi their preferred platform.
● Launch and manage driver engagement campaigns (bonuses, incentives, branding etc.)
● Ensure smooth coordination with government authorities at city and state level.
● Run on-ground branding activities to increase app visibility and public trust.
● Collaborate with growth, tech, and central ops teams for seamless execution.
● Launch new cities across West Bengal – from stakeholder alignment to supply ramp-up.
