The Business Intelligence Analyst is a seasoned subject matter expert, tasked with participating in the transformation of data into insights that drive business value using data analytics, data visualization, and data modelling techniques and technologies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3 to 4 years of experience in the role of a Business Analyst.
- Should have functional experience in SAP/JDE in Supply chain, production/procurement/sales, and distribution.
- Should have knowledge in the tables used in SAP / JDE and how they can be joined to bring out a business reporting requirement.
- Adept at understanding and analyzing supply chain data. Must be familiar with the supply chain tables/data of at least one ERP system, SAP or JDE.
- Hands-on with SQL Data analysis
- Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to drive and implement structured solutions
- Self-directed and proactive approach to tackling problems and leveraging resources
- Good knowledge in integration/import & export data

Overview
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Engagement Manager with strong experience supporting pharmaceutical companies across the commercialization lifecycle — from startup to post-market. This role will bridge business and technical teams, ensuring the effective design, integration, and delivery of CRM, MDM, Data Warehouse, and Reporting solutions that empower commercial operations, sales, and headquarters personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Partner with clients to gather, document, and translate detailed business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Design and document use cases, data flows, and architecture diagrams to support business process decision-making.
- Collaborate with commercial operations stakeholders to identify opportunities for business process improvements.
- Customer & Sales Force Enablement
- Support design and configuration of Customer MDM, CRM, Data Warehouse, and Reporting platforms to align with commercial operations goals.
- Assist clients in establishing and refining Alignment Management processes for assigning HCPs and organizations to U.S. geographies.
