Job Overview
Supro Consulting is seeking a Junior Business Development Manager to join our vibrant team. The role is full-time and will be based in key locations across Jaipur, Udaipur, Ajmer, Kota, Tonk, and Jodhpur. We are looking for a motivated individual ready to expand our business horizons through dynamic lead generation and sales strategies in the BFSI and FMCG sectors. If you have a passion for field sales and customer relationship management, we'd like to meet you. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting a team of agents under them and developing business through their team members. As per monthly reports regarding the candidate's work and team performance, the company will provide incentives in addition to the salary. Note that leads will not be provided by the company; the candidate must build their own team based on their network.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience in lead generation with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong field sales experience, especially in the financial sector such as credit card sales and life insurance.
- In-depth understanding of the BFSI and FMCG industries to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Proven ability to manage and leverage customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients and confidently present proposals.
- Capacity to work independently as well as part of a team, managing workloads and prioritizing tasks.
- Proficient use of CRM software and tools to track progress and report on key performance metrics.
- Must have a proactive mindset with strategic thinking to foresee market trends and adapt quickly.
