design, and optimizations
• Maximize advertiser ROI while ensuring optimal user experience and adherence to compliance
rules
Experimentation
• Creatively identify and pursue audiences via catchy and relevant ad copies
• Put the science in the art of advertising by measuring the impact of tests at every step of the
process
Analytics and Growth Hacking
• Using business intelligence reports to identify trends and patterns in advertiser and consumer
trends
• Use cutting-edge minute-by-minute real-time reporting to directly impact both supply and
demand side metrics
• Literally, be part of the growth team by contributing directly to the team’s and company’s
bottom line.
Team Building and Management
• Build & manage a team to drive the required efforts

• 3+ yrs of experience/interest with media buying platforms such as AdWords, Facebook, and
