- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers: TPOs, deans, HoDs, and management.
- Conduct presentations and meetings (virtual or in-person) to showcase our training solutions.
- Work closely with the program team to tailor proposals that meet institutional needs.
- Drive partnership closures and ensure smooth onboarding of new college partners.
- Stay updated on EdTech trends, competitor offerings, and institutional needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in B2B sales, institutional partnerships, or business development (preferably in EdTech or education industry).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Existing network in the education ecosystem (bonus).
- Willingness to travel if needed.
