Key Responsibilities:
∙Conduct outbound cold calls to potential leads and prospects.
∙Engage with inquiries and respond to messages on social media platforms (, Facebook,
Instagram, etc.).
∙Post and share relevant content across social media to increase engagement and generate interest.
∙Qualify leads, maintain accurate records of interactions, and update the CRM/database.

What You’ll Do
Phase 1 (Month 1)
- Understand the interesting hyperlocal business strategy and create your pitch for local entrepreneurs worldwide.
- Target: Minimum 5 hot prospects within 30 days.
Phase 2 (Month 2 onwards)
- Start pitching and introspecting leads to convert them and build the sales funnel.
- Targets:
- Month 2: 2 sales
- Month 3 onwards: 4 sales/month
PPO & Growth Path
- Meet both phase targets: Direct Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).
- Meet Phase 1 but not Phase 2: 3-month extension (higher stipend up to ₹15k).
Full-Time BDA (Post-PPO)
- Annual Income Potential: ₹ LPA onwards (CTC: 5 LPA Fixed + 5 LPA Variable*)
- Retention Bonus: after 18 months
- Targets: 4 closures/month
