Desired Skills and Experience
- MBA / CA / Post-Graduate – from Tier 1 institute
- 8–10 years of experience in corporate banking, with exposure to mid and large corporates.
- Experience in performing credit space with family office Connects would be a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to engage Promoters, CFOs, and Treasury Heads.

He is expected to meet and appoint New CAs / Financial Consultants, DMAs, Kotak Bank Branch and source business on daily basis, he has to meet at-leats 2 New Leads every working day.
Candidate should have excellent follow-up Management skills. Ensure that Customer requirements and complaints are serviced at the local level with speed and quality.
Collaborate with trade finance ,CMS, operation, treasury , legal and branch banking team for seamless customer service
Closely work with credit team for managing client expectation and effective risk management

About the team and role
The Acquisition Team has been tasked with ensuring a steady build-up of clients for Vivriti Capital, from the mid corporate segment. Our target segment consists of over 30,000 enterprises, and we aim to capture over 10% of this segment over the next 5 years.
The role will entail building a sales and marketing approach for client acquisition across geographies, being responsible for monthly acquisition targets, and accelerating the company's growth. This will require you to build a multi-city team that reaches out to potential promoters and CXOs across the country, to present our value proposition and ensure conversion.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for client origination and understanding the client's debt requirement.
