- Stay updated with Oracle Cloud quarterly releases and apply new features to optimize business processes.
- Support change management, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant.
- Hands-on experience in at least two or more Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Recruitment, Learning, Talent Management, Payroll, or Helpdesk).
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud configurations, business processes, and best practices.
