Key Responsibilities:
Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR) Delivery:
Design, build, configure, and integrate Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR applications to meet business needs.
Lead technical solution design, customization, and performance optimization.
Manage data migration, integration, and troubleshooting across platforms.
Program Mobilization & Governance:
Set up processes, tools, methods, and quality controls for new large-scale programs.
Mobilize cross-functional teams, including sales, solutioning, CoEs, delivery, engineering, and recruitment.
Track contract deliverables including financial structures, liability clauses, dependencies, and entry/exit criteria.
Define and monitor delivery excellence using Agile methodologies, quality metrics, and continuous improvement frameworks.

Skills Required:
13–15 years in IT delivery with a minimum of 7–8 years in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
Proven experience in mobilizing and transitioning large-scale delivery engagements.
Strong Agile delivery management expertise.
Functional domain knowledge in at least one area: HR, Finance, or Supply Chain.
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations and data migration.
Experience with at least one other major platform (SAP, Salesforce, Workday, o9 Solutions, etc.).
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
Good-to-Have Skills
Exposure to GenAI technologies.
