Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Unified Communications (UC) Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to manage the administration and maintenance of our UC platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling adds, moves, and programming changes , as well as documenting and testing all configurations. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work collaboratively with an onsite team.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform adds, moves, and programming changes to the UC platform.
- Document configurations, changes, and test results to ensure system reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve UC-related issues , collaborating with CISCO TAC Center when necessary.
- Work closely with the onsite team to implement and maintain communication solutions.
- Ensure best practices for UC platform administration and security.
- 5+ years of experience in Unified Communications administration.
- Strong expertise in CISCO Call Manager and related UC technologies.
- Experience troubleshooting UC issues with CISCO TAC Center .
- One or more CISCO Call Manager certifications (e.g., CCNP Collaboration, CCIE Collaboration) preferred.
- Excellent documentation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with additional VoIP and telephony solutions.
- Knowledge of SIP, QoS, and networking fundamentals .
- Familiarity with contact center solutions and integrations .
Additional Information:
