  • Prioritize product features and backlog items based on business value and strategic alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies in partnership with marketing and sales teams.
  • Track and analyze product performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
  • Manage product lifecycle, including launch, iteration, and sunsetting of features/products.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and evangelist for the company's products.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented product management culture.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex software products.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience with SaaS products and B2B markets is highly desirable.
