Key Responsibilities
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes including reconciliations, journal entries, and preparation of financial statements.

- Manage core accounting operations – revenue recognition, AP/AR, payroll accounting, general ledger.
- Oversee accounting and payroll compliance for foreign subsidiaries including consolidations, intercompany reconciliations, and FX.
- Collaborate with FP&A, HR, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to provide financial insights.
- Partner on audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Drive improvements in financial systems, automation, and process scalability.
- Supervise and mentor U.S. and outsourced accounting resources.
- Research accounting treatment for complex transactions (revenue, equity, leases, etc.).
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA strongly preferred .
- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a mix of public accounting and private industry.
- Prior experience in a SaaS/technology environment is required.
- Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and GAAP .
- Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting tools (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Maxio preferred).
- Advanced Excel and strong data handling skills.
- Proven ability to manage global accounting functions in a remote setup.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

- Review factory MIS reports from system and facilitate performance reviews with Factory Heads providing relevant insights, recommend corrective actions and monitor them for closure
- Identify and report variances between standard and actual cost for analysis by SCM-BP
- Mobilize factory commercial for implementation of cost optimization initiatives driven by SCM-BP
