What you’ll be doing :


  • Serve as the primary finance point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, including C-suite executives, finance teams, and operational leads.
  • Manage all aspects of the financial close process for assigned clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to relevant accounting standards (USGAAP, IFRS, etc.).
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports to clients, providing clear commentary and analysis of performance.
  • Develop and manage client budgets and financial forecasts, working collaboratively with client teams to ensure alignment with their business objectives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and client service delivery.


What are we looking for :


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar senior accounting role.
  • Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role, managing multiple clients simultaneously is a significant advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (USGAAP) and/or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Excellent financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. Experience with various accounting platforms is a plus.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Control

· Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning for Renewable Energy and EPC verticals.

· Monitor project-wise and business unit-wise financial performance against budgets and KPIs.

· Establish effective cost control and margin monitoring systems.

· Provide financial insights to support management in strategic and operational decision-making.

2. Project Finance & Accounting

· Manage project accounting for renewable energy and EPC projects, including CAPEX, OPEX and cash flow monitoring.

Document control specialists will be responsible for providing professional and efficient clerical support to our team, which would include receiving, reviewing, categorizing, scanning, filing, and tracking documents using our company's classification and organization systems.

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Financial Controller to lead our finance department in a fully remote capacity. This crucial role involves overseeing all aspects of financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), tax regulations, and financial analysis. Responsibilities include preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and overseeing payroll. You will also play a key role in developing financial strategies, analyzing financial performance, and providing insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making. Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks Enterprise) and advanced Excel skills are essential. A strong ability to manage and mentor a remote accounting team, implement process improvements, and ensure adherence to compliance requirements is also critical. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and compliance.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Develop and manage the annual budget and financial forecasts.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.
  • Lead and mentor the remote accounting team.
  • Drive process improvements within the finance function.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) is required.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, tax laws, and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing remote teams is a plus.
