Position: Credit Analyst
Qualification: A Graduate Degree in Commerce/Finance/Business or a Semi Qualified CA (dropped)
Location: Mumbai (Mulund West)
Job Description: -
• Preparation of proposal notes related to Real Estate Finance
• Internal risk assessment and data analysis of proposals using MS Excel
• Preparation of CMA, Cash Flows, Fund Flows and Ratio Analysis
• Evaluating clients’ credit data and financial statements for preliminary risk assessment
• Interact with financial institutions and clients for due diligence and documentation.
Key Expectations -
- Good understanding of financial analysis of companies
- Intermediate level skills in MS Office – Good Keyboard skills and knowledge of shortcuts in MS Excel
- Understanding of various banking asset products
While we would prefer someone with up to a year of relevant experience, even freshers with a good knack for Excel and an interest in building a career in real estate finance are encouraged to apply.
Salary: Upwards of Rs 3 Lacs. Would not be a constraint for the right candidate.

Role & responsibilities
- Collaborate with the UK-based investment team to develop investment recommendations for the Fund across all credit and credit-related instruments, with a focus on corporate credit. This will include both HY and IG credit.
- Perform investment research, including written opinions, financial models, and investment presentations within a collaborative environment. You will also participate in the allocation discussions.
- Track broader macro and idiosyncratic trends and understand the different and changing risk factors that influence credit and yields.
- Monitor existing investments and recommend trades to the Portfolio Managers Support marketing efforts and product development activities.
- Support convertible bond origination efforts of the Group by getting involved in the pricing discussions.
Qualifications
