Position Overview
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) who will be the primary point of contact for our customers. The CRM will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service, building long-term client relationships, and supporting sales growth by providing after-sales support and personalized engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Act as the main contact point for clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and service requests.
- Assist in generating new business opportunities through referrals and client satisfaction.
