Role & Responsibilities- Conduct demo calls with prospective students for our certification programs.
- Build trust and provide guidance on program details, enrollment process, and next steps.
- Answer student inquiries and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
- Maintain ongoing communication with students to support engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and support team to meet enrollment targets.
- Prepare reports and provide feedback on student interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in customer relations, inside sales, or student support.
- Prior experience working with U.S.-based customers or in international markets is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Confident, professional, and fluent in conducting virtual presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with students.
- Remote role based in India.
- Competitive base salary,(40-50k).
