As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure, software applications, and networking. You will provide advanced support to end-users and internal teams, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and system problems efficiently. This includes managing and prioritizing support tickets, conducting in-depth root cause analysis, and documenting solutions for knowledge base enhancement.
